The fault feature of equal spacing wide ink bar is that the ink bar spacing is equal to the gear pitch, which is mostly caused by serious wear of drum gear. When the gear is sharpened and the side clearance is expanded, it will not mesh accurately and produce vibration, resulting in friction and sliding on the contact drum surface and the formation of ink bars. ①更換新齒輪；②如果條件許可，可以適當(dāng)縮小中心距，將齒輪嚙合得更緊一些，使側(cè)隙達(dá)到0.10mm左右，但要避免頂齒事故發(fā)生；③改墊軟包襯，并合理調(diào)整印版滾筒與橡皮滾筒之間的壓力：壓縮量不超過0.10～0.15mm；橡皮滾筒與壓印滾筒之間的壓力：壓縮量不超過0.15～0.20mm。

①印版和橡皮布的襯墊應(yīng)當(dāng)數(shù)據(jù)化，印版襯墊厚度要掌握在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值的±0.02mm內(nèi)，橡皮布襯墊厚度應(yīng)使壓力盡量達(dá)到理想壓力，即印版滾筒與橡皮滾筒之間的壓力，其壓縮量不超過0.10～0.15mm；橡皮滾筒與壓印滾筒之間的壓力，其壓縮量不超過0.15～0.20mm；②如果按照上述數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行墊襯時感到壓力還不夠，不要盲目地往橡皮布內(nèi)增加襯墊，應(yīng)當(dāng)檢查滾筒的中心距有無變動。檢查中心距的簡單辦法是，先用熔斷絲在滾枕上軋出一個數(shù)值，若兩頭相差0.03mm以上，說明中心距變動了，應(yīng)進(jìn)行復(fù)測，然后校正到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)值，使兩頭保持一致；③若固定區(qū)域的墨杠只有一條時，應(yīng)盡早檢查齒隙中是否嵌進(jìn)硬物。另外，每周做一次定期的清潔保養(yǎng)工作，檢查和清理齒輪，這些措施都是很必要的。
