1.張力

張力即印刷過(guò)程中輸紙系統(tǒng)對(duì)紙張的拉伸力，印刷過(guò)程中過(guò)大的張力會(huì)拉長(zhǎng)紙張，印刷后消失張力，紙張必然回縮，使配頁(yè)出現(xiàn)時(shí)長(zhǎng)時(shí)短的問(wèn)題，從而影響到配頁(yè)。

在相同張力下，印刷所用紙張的定量越大(紙張?jiān)胶?，印刷后紙張的收縮嚴(yán)重，但也要考慮到厚紙含水量大的因素，一般情況下，厚紙應(yīng)加大張力。

(1)印刷過(guò)程中，一種印品盡量使用相同、相同厚度的紙張，這樣可以在印刷中使張力保持恒定。

(2)實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中，即使使用相同、相同厚度的紙張，紙張含水量也有不同，要注意對(duì)其進(jìn)行辨別?？捎檬钟|摸的方法，一般含水量大的紙張發(fā)涼、發(fā)澀;相同寬度、和蔗的紙張，含水量大的會(huì)重一些，因此要適當(dāng)減小張力。但要注意紙張適性，可以把紙張?jiān)谏a(chǎn)車間多放置一段時(shí)間，以適應(yīng)車間的溫、濕度，從而解決紙張含水量問(wèn)題。

(2) In actual production, even if the paper of the same brand and thickness is used, the water content of the paper is different, so we should pay attention to distinguish it. Generally, the paper with large water content is cold and astringent; The paper with the same width, and sugarcane will be heavier if the water content is large, so the tension should be reduced appropriately. (3)遇到不同定量或不同品種紙張的多聯(lián)單，更應(yīng)注意張力的調(diào)整。一，在印刷一聯(lián)時(shí)，用3m以上孔距尺測(cè)量，并比標(biāo)準(zhǔn)長(zhǎng)度放出2~4mm,以彌補(bǔ)因失水而引起的紙張收縮;二，在印刷二聯(lián)時(shí)，也需用3m孔距尺對(duì)紙張孔距進(jìn)行測(cè)量，如該聯(lián)紙張較厚，則可比標(biāo)準(zhǔn)長(zhǎng)度多放出1~2mm,紙張含水高，收縮系統(tǒng)數(shù)大。如此將聯(lián)都根據(jù)紙張厚薄在孔距上給予不同的加放量，使配頁(yè)時(shí)每聯(lián)紙張都能保持基本一致。

(3) In case of multiple sheets with different quantities or different varieties of paper, pay more attention to the adjustment of tension. 1、 When printing a copy, measure with a hole spacing ruler of more than 3m and release 2 ~ 4mm compared with the standard length to make up for the paper shrinkage caused by water loss; 2、 When printing two sheets, a 3M hole pitch ruler is also required to measure the paper hole pitch. If the sheet is thicker, it can be released 1 ~ 2mm more than the standard length, with high water content and large number of shrinkage systems. In this way, different addition amounts are given to the hole spacing according to the thickness of the paper, so that the paper of each page can be basically consistent during page matching.
