印刷廠這時(shí)要調(diào)整收卷和放卷位置，燙 金紙過(guò)于張緊，則應(yīng)適當(dāng)調(diào)整壓卷滾筒壓力和收卷滾筒拉力，保證有合適的速度利緊度。燙印材料與被燙印物不適或印刷時(shí)噴粉過(guò)多也會(huì)出現(xiàn)這種故障，則應(yīng)注意調(diào)整。此外，印版部分在底板的位置發(fā)生移動(dòng)、掉落，壓印機(jī)構(gòu)的襯墊移位等，使正常的燙印壓力發(fā)生變化，不均勻，就會(huì)造成圖文印跡殘缺不全，如壓力過(guò)輕，可加大壓力。

因此，彩印廠在燙金紙燙印過(guò)程中，應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢驗(yàn)燙印質(zhì)量，發(fā)現(xiàn)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題立即進(jìn)行分析，并檢查印版和襯墊物。發(fā)現(xiàn)印版移動(dòng)或襯墊物移位，及時(shí)調(diào)整，把印版和襯墊物放回原位固定。
