1、用線色加白色調(diào)配粉紅色，如10%-20%紅色加90%-80%白色，注意紅色耐光性，因油墨生產(chǎn)廠家注明的顏色特性指原墨的耐光性，但用戶將兩種不同顏色進行調(diào)色，會降低紅色耐光性，本公司的10桃紅，原色墨耐光只有C級，如再進行調(diào)色的話，紅色份量越少，耐光越差，如用戶一定調(diào)配粉紅色，建議選用耐光性能好的顏色(在配色內(nèi)10%-20%紅色也能達到耐光7-8級)。

2、北京印刷廠很多印刷品都采用紫色，一般的紫色油墨單價低，如單面印刷則無須擔(dān)心，如一些包裝要雙面印刷時，特別注意紫色滲透，因為普通的紫色是具有滲透性(01紫會滲透)制成成品后存放時間長，印刷品背面的紫色會滲透到下面有印刷的其它顏色上，所以用戶要進行雙面印刷一定要考慮顏色的滲透性，選用不滲紫來印刷，避免損失，用01紫所配的其它顏色也具滲透性。

1、購買薄膜必 須選用經(jīng)過電子處理的薄膜，薄膜的表面張力必 須達到38達因(指表印)，用電暈測試筆來測檢，因薄膜在生產(chǎn)時(指印刷膜)雖經(jīng)電子處理，但薄膜處理效果會隨存放時間延長呈指數(shù)規(guī)律消退，消退速度與存放的環(huán)境溫度、原料、薄膜厚度等有關(guān)，存放的環(huán)境溫度高，消退速度快，薄膜含有添加劑如滑劑、增塑劑，抗靜電劑的消退速度比無添加劑的更快，現(xiàn)很多印刷廠都能自行吹膜，并進行電子處理，但由于未能掌握好處理程序，處理間隙(1-2mm之間)，處理電壓(1-1.5萬伏)等，使印刷后出現(xiàn)脫色、滲透、粘連、分切困難及使用時不容易揭開等現(xiàn)象，通常這種情況用測試筆一劃就可分析出來，所以購膜或吹膜時一定要注意。
