Printing is a technology that involves transferring ink to the surface of materials such as paper, fabric, leather, etc. through plate making, inking, and pressure processes, in order to replicate the content of the original manuscript in bulk. Simply put, it is a process technology that uses printing plates or other methods to transfer the graphic information from the original manuscript to the substrate. It can also be understood as the replication process of using analog or digital image carriers to transfer the colorant/pigment to the substrate.

那么該怎么防止印刷露白并處理印刷露白問題？

So how can we prevent printing exposure and address printing exposure issues?

1、油墨上機前查看油墨粘度，是否正常

1. Check the ink viscosity before using the machine to see if it is normal

印刷露白其中常見的問題便是油墨粘度過低，使用多次后更容易發(fā)生。由于在生產(chǎn)過程中，印刷人員常常會向油墨桶內(nèi)加水，導致油墨粘度下降。然后引發(fā)印刷露白，所以上機前必定要對油墨進行檢測

One common problem with printing exposure is the low viscosity of the ink, which is more likely to occur after multiple uses. During the production process, printing personnel often add water to the ink barrel, resulting in a decrease in ink viscosity. Then it causes printing to show white, so it is necessary to test the ink before starting the machine

2、查看印刷版

印刷版使用久了或印刷版面油墨塵垢過多，就會下降印刷版的油墨轉(zhuǎn)移量，當油墨轉(zhuǎn)移量下降后，印刷露白現(xiàn)象就會常常發(fā)生。

If the printing plate is used for a long time or there is too much ink dirt on the printing plate, the ink transfer amount of the printing plate will decrease. When the ink transfer amount decreases, the phenomenon of printing white will often occur.

3、網(wǎng)紋輥網(wǎng)紋輥的清潔是直接影響印刷狀況的，很大一部分便是網(wǎng)紋輥堵塞沒有得到整理，這樣網(wǎng)紋輥的載墨量就小，然后導致印刷露白現(xiàn)象

3. The cleanliness of the anilox roller directly affects the printing condition, and a large part of it is due to the clogging of the anilox roller and not being sorted out, which reduces the ink load of the anilox roller and leads to printing whitening

二、學會印刷露白排除辦法

2、 Learn how to eliminate exposure in printing

1、先檢測未印刷的紙板厚度值，再查看紙板從送紙單元出來后的紙板厚度值，看紙板是否有被送紙輪壓潰。假如壓潰了先處理紙板壓潰的問題，送紙空隙是紙板厚度-0.3mm。

1. First, check the thickness value of the unprinted cardboard, and then check the cardboard thickness value after it comes out of the paper feeding unit to see if the cardboard has been crushed by the paper feeding wheel. If the cardboard is crushed, first deal with the problem of cardboard crushing, and the feeding gap is the cardboard thickness of -0.3mm.

2、查看印刷版壓是否正常，可以查看印刷版面是否有足夠的油墨量。印刷版硬度實地版適合在34-36度。<

2. Check if the printing plate pressure is normal to see if the printing plate has sufficient ink volume. The hardness of the printed version is suitable for the field version at 34-36 degrees

3、以上都無誤再增加印刷壓力值，壓力值不該過大，過大容易發(fā)生印刷糊，印刷慢磨損加快。

3. All of the above are correct, and then increase the printing pressure value. The pressure value should not be too large, as it is prone to printing paste, slow printing, and accelerated wear

當然，假如印刷油墨粘度正確，印刷版、網(wǎng)紋輥仍是呈現(xiàn)印刷露白現(xiàn)象，首要調(diào)整方向以油墨工藝為主，印刷壓力切勿一直加大，可以持續(xù)提高油墨粘度，及油墨的滲透性。

Of course, if the viscosity of the printing ink is correct, the printing plate and anilox roller will still exhibit printing exposure. The primary adjustment direction should be based on the ink process, and the printing pressure should not be continuously increased. This can continuously improve the ink viscosity and permeability.
