1、呈現(xiàn)墨色不實(shí)的原因許多，其觸及的要素也許多，包含紙張的功能、油墨的功能、印版的質(zhì)量、印刷橡皮布 的質(zhì)量、印刷壓力、印刷機(jī)的功能和印刷工藝等方面。

2、假如紙張、油墨的功能安穩(wěn)，印版制造質(zhì)量滿意了印刷要求，印刷機(jī)作業(yè)功能相對(duì)安穩(wěn)的話，仍是呈現(xiàn)了墨色印刷不實(shí)現(xiàn)象，其首要發(fā)生的原因便是印刷壓力的問題了。

2、因?yàn)橄鹌L筒安裝在印版滾筒和壓印滾筒之間，橡皮布上的每個(gè)細(xì)小單元每旋轉(zhuǎn)一周，都要?jiǎng)e離和兩個(gè)滾筒各觸摸一次。

5、橡皮布在壓印力的效果下，具有很好的將印版圖文部分的油墨傳遞到承印物外表的才能，即受墨和釋墨才能，可是橡皮布的老化會(huì)改動(dòng)這種油墨傳遞的才能，也會(huì)導(dǎo)致墨色不實(shí)的現(xiàn)象。
5.
