那么知道了原理我們再來說說印刷說明書時什么情況下才會用，他們又有什么區(qū)別，有什么效果。

先說他們的效果。過了光膜和啞膜的紙由于上面多了一層塑料膜，所以比沒過的摸起來手感要光滑，要厚些，硬些，而且不容易撕爛。所以不管從品質(zhì)上，外觀上來說都要比沒過的不少。辨別的方式是可以吧紙張撕開一個小口，有過膜的上面就會與一層膜，（如下圖）

過光膜出來的產(chǎn)品表面會反光，特別亮

而過啞膜的產(chǎn)品摸起來稍微沒那么光滑，表面不會反光發(fā)亮，顯得更深沉一點。不過啞膠要比過光膠稍微貴一點點

根據(jù)我們過往的經(jīng)驗，發(fā)現(xiàn)在很早之有比較多的客戶要求過光膜，但是漸漸的大家都覺得太亮顯的俗氣，所以現(xiàn)在過啞膜的相對要多，大家覺得過啞膜顯得深沉一些。

下面再說說一般什么情況下使用。

既然過出來的紙張又厚又硬，肯定不適合在內(nèi)頁，所以一般是封面才用，而且普通的產(chǎn)品說明書用的都比較少。一般是比較的，客戶要求比較高的，才會使用。因為使用這個工藝會使每一本產(chǎn)品說明書的成本多出2毛左右。具體跟印刷數(shù)量，是單面過膠還是雙面過膠等因素相關(guān)。而使用的比較多的產(chǎn)品就是畫冊，產(chǎn)品目錄等彩色印刷的印刷品。
