過光膠，過啞膠又俗稱為過光膜過啞膜。它的原理是把一種專用的塑料膜涂上特定的膠水再加熱加壓和紙張粘合在一起，后形成的產(chǎn)品就是過了光膜或者啞膜的了

先說他們的效果。過了光膜和啞膜的紙由于上面多了一層塑料膜，所以比沒過的摸起來手感要光滑，要厚些，硬些，而且不容易撕爛。所以不管從品質(zhì)上，外觀上來說都要比沒過的不少。辨別的方式是可以吧紙張撕開一個(gè)小口，有過膜的上面就會(huì)與一層膜，（如下圖）

而過啞膜的產(chǎn)品摸起來稍微沒那么光滑，表面不會(huì)反光發(fā)亮，顯得更深沉一點(diǎn)。不過啞膠要比過光膠稍微貴一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)

根據(jù)我們過往的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，發(fā)現(xiàn)在很早之有比較多的客戶要求過光膜，但是漸漸的大家都覺得太亮顯的俗氣，所以現(xiàn)在過啞膜的相對(duì)要多，大家覺得過啞膜顯得深沉一些。

According to our past experience, we found that in the early days, many customers asked for optical film, but gradually everyone felt that it was too bright and tacky, so now there are relatively many people who have passed the dumb film, and everyone thinks that the dumb film looks deeper.

下面再說說一般什么情況下使用。

既然過出來的紙張又厚又硬，肯定不適合在內(nèi)頁，所以一般是封面才用，而且普通的產(chǎn)品說明書用的都比較少。一般是比較的，客戶要求比較高的，才會(huì)使用。因?yàn)槭褂眠@個(gè)工藝會(huì)使每一本產(chǎn)品說明書的成本多出2毛左右。具體跟印刷數(shù)量，是單面過膠還是雙面過膠等因素相關(guān)。而使用的比較多的產(chǎn)品就是畫冊(cè)，產(chǎn)品目錄等彩色印刷的印刷品。
