Because the flatness and ink absorption of the surface of special paper are very different from those of matte paper and coated paper, the captain should make preparations in advance when using special paper for printing. 1.在油墨中添加干燥油

表面特別光滑的特種紙，吸墨性較差，印刷時(shí)稍不留意就會(huì)粘臟。所以選用快干型油墨更好，并且要在各色油墨中添加能加速油墨快速干燥的干燥油，提高油墨的干燥速度，避免印刷時(shí)出現(xiàn)紙張表面粘臟故障。

Special paper with particularly smooth surface has poor ink absorption, and it will be dirty if you don't pay attention to it when printing. Therefore, it is better to select quick drying ink, and add drying oil that can accelerate the rapid drying of ink in various colors of ink, so as to improve the drying speed of ink and avoid the problem of paper surface sticking during printing.

2.嚴(yán)格控制廠房溫濕度

與銅版紙、啞粉紙相比，特種紙的填充料和成分不同，如果控制不好廠房溫濕度，容易導(dǎo)致紙張變形和套印不準(zhǔn)。通常，使用特種紙進(jìn)行印刷時(shí)，廠房溫度應(yīng)控制在20～24℃，濕度控制在十分之六七。當(dāng)廠房濕度小于十分之四時(shí)，有些特種紙10分鐘左右就會(huì)發(fā)生紙邊卷曲，容易造成印刷輸紙困難。所以紙張裁切后應(yīng)立即用塑料薄膜纏好放置在溫濕度適宜的庫房里，同時(shí)還要注意保持印刷廠房溫濕度穩(wěn)定適宜。

Compared with coated paper and matte paper, the filler and composition of special paper are different. If the temperature and humidity of the plant are not well controlled, it is easy to cause paper deformation and inaccurate overprint. Generally, when printing with special paper, the plant temperature should be controlled at 20 ~ 24 ℃ and the humidity should be controlled at 67 / 10. When the humidity of the plant is less than 4 / 10, some special paper will curl around the paper edge in about 10 minutes, which is easy to cause difficulties in printing and paper feeding. Therefore, the paper should be wrapped with plastic film immediately after cutting and placed in the warehouse with appropriate temperature and humidity. At the same time, pay attention to maintaining the stable and appropriate temperature and humidity of the printing plant.

3.不同特種紙的給墨量有所不同

對(duì)于表面光滑程度較高的特種紙，如珠光紙、印易冰白紙、高彩滑面紙、酷客冰白紙等，印刷時(shí)墨色不宜太飽和，使用正常的給墨量即可。因?yàn)榧垙埍砻嬖焦饣?，吸墨性越差，給墨量越大，越容易造成紙張背面粘臟。

For special paper with high surface smoothness, such as pearlescent paper, easy to print ice white paper, high-color smooth paper, KUKE ice white paper, the ink color should not be too saturated during printing, and the normal ink feeding amount can be used. Because the smoother the paper surface, the worse the ink absorption, the greater the amount of ink, and the more likely it is to cause the back of the paper to be sticky and dirty.

表面較粗糙的特種紙，如手揉紙、金太陽雙膠紙、檀風(fēng)宣紙、牛皮紙、高歌映畫紙、東方書寫紙、道林紙等，摸起來有紋路、不光滑。印刷時(shí)，這種紙張吸墨性較好，油墨會(huì)透到紙張的紋路里，待油墨干燥后，用肉眼觀察到的印品顏色會(huì)變淺，印刷質(zhì)量也會(huì)降低。所以，對(duì)于這種特種紙，印刷時(shí)的給墨量要比平時(shí)更大一些，對(duì)飽和度的要求也更高。

Special paper with rough surface, such as hand kneading paper, golden sun double offset paper, sandalwood wind rice paper, kraft paper, gaogeying painting paper, Oriental writing paper, Daolin paper, etc., has lines and is not smooth. When printing, this paper has good ink absorption, and the ink will penetrate into the lines of the paper. After the ink is dry, the color of the printed matter observed by the naked eye will become lighter and the printing quality will be reduced. Therefore, for this special paper, the ink supply during printing is larger than usual, and the requirement for saturation is also higher.
